As home stagers we get the opportunity not only to work with amazing clients, but also get to work with a range of homes to sell from small to large and contemporary to traditional. While Nest Home Staging and Design has a certain aesthetic we bring to each home staging job, we like to mix it up so the decor truly compliments each space. A Traditional Home with a Contemporary Take
This home is just one example of the traditional architectural Cincinnati is known for, but it can also be difficult to showcase its beauty to the contemporary buyer. This home sat on the market for seven long months. Not wanting to show a vacant property when the sellers had to move into their new home with all their furniture, they called us. Just 17 days after we staged their home, their home when under contract with a new buyer.
This was a fun project for us because it was an opportunity to have some fun with the space and complement the traditional architectural elements of the room with modern furniture and contemporary artwork.
Rustic Chic with an Industrial Edge
Staging Vivian Lofts on Elm Street in Over-the-Rhine, an trending downtown neighborhood in Cincinnati, was one of the more exciting projects we had the pleasure of working on. The condos are set in a gorgeous historic building, which brings tons of character. The developer ES Remodel had a certain look in mind and we were able to bring their vision to life.
Keep it Classy
Many of our home staging jobs require us to bring in our own inventory of furniture and decor items, but there are other design solutions we offer. We work with each client on a individual basis and we’re committed to providing the best design solution.
On this project we worked with the client’s existing furniture and amazing art collection. We optimized each space by updating the paint colors and rearranged the furniture to style this charming home to sell.
